What do you need from a customer to begin?
CAD drawings submitted in the PDF format will allow us to accurately give you an approximate quote for your job. Please note that all of our work is based on time and material cost and there are no flat rate quotes.
What type of materials do you work with?
We work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. However, we also can work with cast aluminum.
Can you produce a 2D part?
Yes. We have the capability to produce a 2-dimensional part unitizing our CNC plasma cutting table. We can cut any material, up to 3/8" thickness, that conducts electricity.
Will you do repair work?
Yes. If it is safe to do so and is small enough for one person to pick up the item.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Many of our clients are contractors from many different trades that hire us periodically throughout the year for short-term contracts to meet their welding and fabrication needs.
IS there a job you would consider to be to small?
Not at all. We'll help anyone we can if the work fits our business skillset and applications.
Do you charge by the hour?
All jobs are charge by the hour plus consumables and materials used to complete the job.
Do you perform custom work?
We can produce some custom work if our production quota will allow us the time to take on said project.
Can you work at my location?
If your facility is setup with the essential welding machines and tools for us to complete your job, then yes, we can surely work at your location. Please be mindful that the majority of our work is done at our clients facility do to the sensitive nature of the projects we are involved in. Our clients routinely have their own facility and fabrication area in which our work is performed. We do not transport our machines and gases to a clients facility.
Is there anything you won't work on?
Due to safety precautions, we won't work on fuel tanks for automobiles or petroleum storage vessels. As well, our facility is not equipped to create railings, fences, or gates.
